This is awesome! I fly out of your Paine Field all the time, so excited to see you working on BFI! At Paine I get all the statics, but weirdly, with your KBFI, I don’t get the static 737s unless I turn ground parked aircraft percentage up. Problem is that I keep that set to 0 zero because I use AIG traffic, which auto-populates. But apparently AIG isn’t flying into BFI, because while KSEA is full of parked aircraft (AIG) as is KPAE (your statics), I get nothing at KFBI. It’s odd because I haven’t seen that setting affect static aircraft before.

Not sure if there’s something you could adjust here, but with a lot of us using AIG (which has an amazing variety of 737 models/paints), it’d be cool if we could have the best of both worlds somehow.

Oh, shoot! Well, that explains it! Alas, I have the payware Drzewiecki Renton installed. (I have literally all your other WA stuff, but I upgraded to their scenery for Renton because it's insanely detailed.) I don't suppose there's any way to get the 737s without the two airports conflicting with each other?

Any chance you could just include the planes in the next update, or maybe break them out into an asset library?

I appreciate the thought behind making add-ons dependent on others, as far as reducing the space taken up. But in cases where there are payware alternatives, or where the add-on is in another region, it can be problematic.

For instance, I actually have your San Diego scenery installed in my libraries folder, rather than my California folder, because the other naval sceneries depend on it. But many of who use add-on managers to keep load times manageable and avoid conflicts find it problematic when an add-on uses assets from another scenery.

Believe me, I fully appreciate the hard work you put into these sceneries, and that you share them with the community, so I'm not trying to tell you how you should make free content for the community! I'm just sharing how some of us manage our libraries (and the payware Renton issue) as a point of info in hopes you might consider that with future development.

But whatever route you take, your stuff is greatly appreciated and it's done wonders for the quality of the sim! You're all over my virtual West Coast! 😊

Finally KBFI..Ive been waiting for Drezwski Design to do their KBFI and KSEA ..But this will work since the vanilla KBFI IS SO incorrect! How could ASOBO miss the Museum of flight?? Its not even in the scenery they did at KBFI, just a side note. The Concorde and B17 ..747 are under a metal hanger now..I could design it for you in Blender or something if you wish. I do 3d modeling

The original scenery has some bad elevation shifts at several points along the runways. Made for some interesting landings trying to avoid them. Hopefully a flatten of the runways would greatly improve the airport.

I'll take a look, but hadn't noticed that in the past. When in the scenery edit mode in the SDK, alot of the terrain evenness visuals are not visible, so it's hard to see/fix them.
