This is a narrated D-Day 80th anniversary flight following the flight plan for Mission Albany, the 101st Airborne Division's D-Day operation. It takes you from Upottery Airbase (included addon) via the Cotentin Peninsula and back across the Channel to land at Yeovilton.
The aircraft of choice is the Asobo 208B Grand Caravan.
The flight is 411 nautical miles. I have included the option to activate several teleport locations to speed things up, or just two to get you faster across the channel. You decide how much time you have at your disposal.
During the flight, the narrator will tell you about the preparations and the execution of the PIR drops on D-Day and the aftermath.
I am no pilot, so the Navlog might not be up to VFR standards, but the flight was really made to be flown on autopilot NAV mode so you can look at the scenery and listen to the narration.
I am posting this now to make sure I get it out before the actual anniversary, which would be at 22:30 on 5 June.
Hopefully, it works as intended.
For that added realism you can use Mission Changer to switch to one of the available C-47 variants of the DC-3 with invasion stripes available here:

Kilroy is here: https://flightsim.to/file/43909/douglas-c-47-repaint-of-kilroy-is-here
About the Upottery addon:
This is my RAF Upottery Airbase that I created for this Bushtrip. Also available as a separate download here: https://flightsim.to/file/70439/raf-upottery-airbase
Based on aerial photographs from mid to late 40s and 50s.
Only included taxi lights at one end of the airbase. These were put in as a guide for anyone flying my Bushtrip. Also added lights on the runways as my trip historically took place at night. So it is not to be considered historically accurate as I do not believe there were lights here during the war.
INSTALLATION: Just download the .zip file, unzip it and drag and drop it into your MSFS community folder.
And if you can, I would very much appreciate a coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/geirrosset
Have fun, enjoy!

Other than no narration, the flight plan and navlog is very well set up. I am using the add-on C-47 you listed and it really seems realistic.
