Sadly the glasses in cockpit view are extremely blurry... On your screenshots it isn't, what to do?

I really appreciate the effort! However, the nose/cockpit section is slightly misaligned to the left and isn't as shiny as the rest of the fuselage. If this could be fixed it would be a great aircraft for fun!

I tested 1.3... which seems to be a tiny bit better that 1.2... but still FAR fro mworking properly for me.

No idea, how to retreact the gear. It simply does not work... activating AI to fly the plane somehow manages to retract it.

Cockpit views need much better arrangement, what for do you set the views to "out of the plane, right side"?

Look at the fuel setup before flight... vanilla setting is overloading the plane massively.

Dies ANY of the cockpit instruments work?

Which flightmodel do you suggest to use? For me it flies in "Mickey Mouse Mode"... rolling like an F16, way to little "weight" in handling...

and so on and so on...

Nice project, i´ll maybe take another look into 2.something or something later...

Edit: just to be sure, are you trying to create something which is supposed to be some kind of "realistic" or just something else?

Edit 2: ok, i check some of you other planes... those WW2 fighters... nice models, when viewed from the outside perspective... but the rest is way too arcade-ish for my taste. I won´t bother you guys again, don´t worry. Just maybe add some remarks in your info texts, that you are purely arceade-ish and not at all into any kind of realism, that could cave you from some upset reviews, i guess.

Tried version 1.1 a few days ago, didn't show up. Installed 1.2, now it's available, but when trying to take off from the runway the airspeed immediately goes from zero to max, the plane starts wobbling as it starts running, and finally it twists to the side and flips over and crash. Unplayable. There are some work left to do on this.

Hey this Aircraft is broken ther is no Controll over it you need to fix it

Sitting on the runway, the game crashes. I can't even take off without the game crashing

Version 1.2 can bee seen in the menue and i can start a flight.

Sorry say, that´s it for me with the good news.

It´s unflyable for me. After a couple of seconds on the ground, it starts rolling to the left, with zero thrust, right side is lifted a bit into the air and it rolls over to the left, crashing into thr ground.

Id you quickls manage to set some thruset and take off, it still rolls to the left and crashes due to overstress.

Btw: is the gear working? Can´t lift it up.

This bird might be a good fun idea, but i guess ,therse a ton of work to be put into to get it seriously running. I´ll keep an eye on this project, but currentls it´s not working at all for me.

Hi, i can't see, neither select this airplane in msfs version 1.19.9.0; why

still not showing up with ver1.2

Unable to see to see the airplane in the game

Aircraft broken after last update!

I just can't get it to show up in my inventory, I have np idea why... Any idea ???

Very happy seeing our good ol' Blackbird on MSFS, looks very nice. Thanks for sharing!

Hi flightsimsquad...

there´s a blackbird from the old FSX/P3D days from Glowing heat! That addon was very hard to handle! The Blackbird has a flightmodel that´s rather like a B737 than of a fightjet! Fuel-management was very important. Trim was managed with the fuelpumps, similar to a Concorde! The SR71A was capable to reach Mach 3.3+ and an altitude of 82000Ft...

But the most challanging part was to land that beast!

Maybe it helps a little bit...

Let’s cover the obvious; it doesn’t fly as I imagined a real Blackbird would. And it isn’t the best textured plane out there. But I don’t care!

I only wanted a Blackbird so I could go fast, and high, and this plane delivers unbelievably on both fronts.

Once you manage to get the thing off the ground (for some reason I struggled for the first 5 or so attempts), it’s pure joy.

Being able to climb insanely quickly to very high altitudes is just plain and simple fun. Covering vast stretches of terrain in very little time is equally so. Buzzing a city Center at 2,000kph is like nothing else, and seeing the curvature of the Earth, even though it’s a game, is exciting.

Ive flown this plane at much higher than 249,000 feet (the altimeter stops at 249,999), and she’s travelled at Mach 3.3.

Man, what a blast! I love this mod!

Thankyou very much!!

ONLY, Native aircraft can be used as AI traffic including custom traffic made with tools like AIFP3. FlightSimSquad is one of the few developers who distribute Native Military freeware planes. For that I thank them. This plane like others they make require "tweaking'. Empty weight way too low. Thousands rather than Tens of thousands, so I changed it to 19,200 lbs (not true to actual SR-71). Static thrust too low as well went up to 16,000 lbs. Little change but it works. Now it feels like a jet instead of a twin Diamond. Landing speed is now 120.

Sound is CJ-4. I wish they could develop their own more "military" like sound to update all they're fighters with. Glass is a bit blurred like their F-16. Their F-117 isn't though so Hmmmm. Anyway over all I am grateful! Hey FlightSimSquad, I would love a C-130 and a T-38 or a T-50?

thank you for sharing, need some work of course, hope that bird will be improved 👍

Amazing ! Not many people in the world knows the stretching noise of a real SR71.

Pretty fun to fly around but still completely unrealistic and sadly there is no autopilot

Bravo !
