END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) for SimWorks Studios Van's RV-14 for Microsoft Flight Simulator Addon.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or single entity) and SimWorks Studios Limited, for the SimWorks Studios Limited software product identified above, which includes software and includes associated media and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT which may be provided to you by SimWorks Studios Limited. By accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is sold as a single user license and no ownership is transferred, only the right to use the license software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be re-distributed, sold for non-profit or profit from subscription fees, repackaged, delivered on CD or DVD media or any other form of electronic media by any other persons or party, website, organisation or entity, other than the official e-commerce seller website(s) as contracted or authorised by SimWorks Studios Limited.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
a. You may install, access, and run a SINGLE copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a SINGLE personal computer for your personal, non-commercial, non-profit use. Any party or organisation seeking to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under license for commercial use should contact us through e-mail at [email protected]
b. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be used for flight training purposes. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not part of an approved training program under the standards of any aviation regulatory agency or body worldwide, whether private or government.
c. Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its original component parts created by SimWorks Studios Limited may not be separated for use in other software or projects.
d. Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of SimWorks Studios Limited or Van's Aircraft, Inc.
e. Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not charge admission fees for any simulator, entertainment or training device which breaches this EULA by use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT therein.
f. Support Services. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "as is", however SimWorks Studios Limited will provide provision of support services in relation to the operation, installation or remedy of issues arising to the use of the SOFTWARE at its official support venue at simworksstudios.com.
g. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, SimWorks Studios Limited may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
2. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the original created components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and test incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying documentation materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by SimWorks Studios Limited or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to additional third party libraries and content (which are used under the terms of those components' distribution) which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT contains documentation which is provided only in electronic form, and you may print multiple copies of such electronic documentation.

3. LEGAL JURISDICTION. This EULA is governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMWORKS STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF SIMWORKS STUDIOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

I bought this through the sim. But I can't comment there! This is my favourite 'plane in MSFS2020 and has been for a few months now. I fly a Vans RV12 real world, and wanted something similar, and although they are very different aircraft, I just love this thing. Thank you for a delightful little aircraft. I gave you five stars in the sim store.

Purchased my copy on the developer's website. Excellent aircraft, with a lot of attention to detail and a superb flight model. The sounds are phenomenal, too. The textures and the modelling are perfect, my only concern is the Asobo G3X that comes with the aircraft, the lack of a "Track Up" orientation mode is seriously annoying. Unfortunately the Working Title alternative does not solve this problem either. Once Asobo adds the "Track Up" mode to complement the currently available "North Up" orientation, this aircraft will be among my favourites.

The GPS is a different add-on that has been embedded to the aircraft. I recommend that you contact the author of the GPS you are using (PMS50 or TDS Sim) to report any issues with it.

I have -15 FPS with Standby Instrument ON, same issue like with Kodiak. I have to pull SPARE CB to fix that before every flight.

The airport you are searching for is LFGB Moulhouse Habsheim and it is freeware. You can find it here on Flighsim.to. It is in France , near the swiss border. If you search a colorful airport try also LFSM, also in France, avalaible as freeware here. Happy flying!

Can anyone help me to repaint RV7 Taildragger with provided graphics I am re editing a film " On the wings of dreams" a flight around the world on home built RV7. Original RV7 special effects were created for FSX model add on and does not exist. Would anyone be willing to do it or advise me about someone the cost etc. I will provide the short trailer, I have almost all of the graphics sufficient enough for re editing

I really like this plane, its my new favourite and I have just about everything available on the market.
I have a little trouble slowing it down to land, so tend to bounce a bit, but i guess i need more touch and go's to solve that one !
Eject the canopy mid air, the wind sound is great and really adds to the experience.

Would YOU be willing to spend countless hours working for anyone and expect no compensation for your time and effort? That's pretty pathetic, but typical of today's young people - everything should be FREE!!

fantastic aircraft, it you own the kodiak you will know the quality that SWS brings. it even has the virtual luggage like the kodiak which is removable from the aircraft's weight menu. The integration of the GTN750 is very well done and i love how there is an option to use the payware version, something that i have been looking at, great to see support out the box.

It’s good to see this SWS product available here. A fantastic GA plane and a great addition to the MSFS hangar showing what a modern aircraft simulation should look like. Superb modeling, textures, sounds, and great flight model for both version. Nice eye candy like the baggage adding up when increasing the baggage weight (hello Kodiak) and animated sun shade and of course canopy. The integration of the GTN750 with the G3X is well done. Landing the tail dragger is a real pleasure and a lot of fun, not to mention it looks great. I actually prefer it to the A version while I’m usually not a big fan of td’s. I wish it was available here 2 days earlier. I already bought it… Will future products from this develloper (and others) be available here as well?
