Historically significant around the World trip by Ameilia Earhart and Fred Noonan. Using the Beechcraft King Air, you will make 21 stops across the globe. Some historical airports are gone, so I got you as close as I could. The final official stop of the expedition was in Lae, PNG. That airport is gone, so you will land near it in Nadzab. On the way to Honolulu you will pass over Howland Island where she was suppose to stop for refueling before disappearing over the Pacific. Your final destination will be SFO Airport across the Bay from the starting position in Oakland, CA.
You will fly the Beechcraft King Air which mimics her Lockheed Model 10 Electra Twin Prop. Remember to set your plane to unlimited fuel or assign keys for midflight refueling.
I added many historical newsclippings and diary entries during the flight.
Hope you enjoy!

Unzip and drop the ear-noo folder into the Community Folder.
Thanks to BushMissionGen.
Just Flight just released an Electra A 10 . It's not the E 10 version but it will serve well for this bush trip (perhaps even better than the Air King). Would it be possible to have a new version of this bush trip specific for this Electra A 10 ?

The bush builder I use only uses the basic airplanes. If someone has a work around, let me know.

I am showing my age, here fellas: Many years ago, far far away, I worked with Goeltz on a similar project. We had something around 30 or 40 World Wide participants in this adventure. I'm looking forward to doing it again with this excellent rendition: FS5/FSFS Lockheed L10E Electra

FS5/FSFS Lockheed L10E Electra as used by Amelia Earhart for her final around the world flight attempt in 1937. This twin engine plane was modified with extra fuel tanks and cross-feed system for extreme long distance flight. This version created by Goetz Scheuermann for Aero Airlines recreation of Earhart's flight. The King Air

I have translated the de-DE.locPak file into German for your German fans.

What I would like to add:
Since every stage begins at the same time, you have to land at night in South America and start at night in Asia. The cloud symbol in the upper menu, which is used to set the weather, date and time, only appears until the simulator is closed. If you restart the simulator, the cloud symbol is gone and you can no longer fly with live weather. The only remedy is to edit the file:
. \Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\MISSIONS\ACTIVITIES\EAR-NOON_SAVE\EAR-NOON_SAVE\EAR-NOON_SAVE.FLT
The entry:
WeatherCanBeLive=True
is always set to "False" by the simulator after the trip has ended.

By any chance: could you also supply a Lockheed Electra? 😉
