GSXPro profile for ESKN SKAVSTA Stockolm Airport by M.M. Simulations ( Orbx )
Limitation : Custom Paking Gate / Only : n° 3, 6, 7, 9, 10 B ( The other parking place are a connected problem to the AFCAD and generate Error, waiting update from MM Simulations )
This is my personal custom for payware ESKN by MM Simulations ( Orbx )
I custom just some parking place for more best with A320 or 737, more realist on parking place without jetway, the people walking paths to the gate/pax and from/to inner terminal !
The Stop possition are affined and accurate pushback positioning !
Installation:
Extract the .zip file and move the .ini file to your APPDATA folder \Virtuali\GSX\MSFS
exemple : C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS\ ...
Open this *.ini file with bloc note or other text editor.
Find the first line under [General] and adjuste to your personel computer path for correct pointing to the MM Simulation BGL file !
Exemple if you are instal ESKN by default on your system :
[general]
afcad_path=\\?\C:\Users\"YOUR NAME"\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\ESKN\scenery\mm_esknairport.bgl
Replace " YOUR NAME " by the/your correct name on your systeme !
If you are installed Skavsta in other place, that's important this line afcad path target correctly in absolute path to the file : mm_esknairport.bgl
Save and exit the file !
Other classic procedure
1. open MSFS and go to a random gate at ESKN
3. move some of the ground vehicles somewhere, do this to create a ini file at %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS.
4. go to %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS en find ESKN.ini file.
5. open the new ESKN.ini file you just made, check timestamps to make sure its the one you just made. Copy the AFCAD-path of your file ESKN.ini file
6. paste this AFCAD path into the ESKN.ini file that comes with this package
7. save and exit
8. restart MSFS and you are good to go

Great profile this! However it seems some parking spots (most recent i tested was with parking spot 9) has PAX arriving by bus which is not true for ESKN as they dont have any busses there, the gate exit door is right next to the parking so theres not much walking needed to get to the plane (its the door on the side of the building), you sometimes can also be assigned a terminal gate that has you walk from the front of the building (close to where gate 7 is) to get to 9 and 10

Are you sure you have correctly configured the "path" to the mm_esknairport.bgl file in the ini file ? The symptoms you describe to me lead me to think that the file is not read by GSX !
I checked my file and the buses are corectly disabled
([none 9]
nopassengerstairs = 0
nopassengerbus = 1 )
Indeed, there is no bus at ESKN for passengers, ... buses are disabled for the places mentioned (3, 6, 7, 9, 10 B) and passengers walk to and from terminal at this place !
If you see passenger bus come at this place, I think the profil file are not corectly read !
3 possibles reason ... your path in ini file are wrong, you have 2 ESKN ini files in your GSX folder or you buy your ESKN on the marketplace and you not have the bgl file mm_esknairport.bgl
