This livery is tail number N93G of Golden West Catalina Airlines. Golden West acquired Catalina Airlines in 1968 – 1973. The Grumman Goose was a popular way to get to and from Catalina Island for many years, and Golden West was already operating a commuter airline service with flights throughout southern California when they acquired the Catalina fleet of planes. There are no more Grumman Goose Catalina Airlines aircraft currently operating to and from Catalina Island today. However you can still fly to and from Catalina Island in GA aircraft, or helicopter, and land at “The Airport in the Sky.”
This is a freeware livery , however you must have the Big Radials Payware Grumman Goose which you can purchase here: https://bigradials.com/products/jrf-6b-goose
*Just a update note about version 2. After downloading the new version you can directly replace the folder "bigradials-Catalina GoldenWest Goose" with the new file of the same name and overwrite the previous version. Also Version 2.0 is a complete repaint of the previous version. I corrected many sloppy lines and blemishes all over the aircrafts fuselage especially curves. With special focus on the red paint above the outer cockpit glass, cleaned up pin stripe lines, smoothed rough edges. I also changed the registration color to gold. It was gold not red on the plane when it was in service. you deserve better work from me.
I love this livery and used it in this recent video https://youtu.be/8VdwluljMCY

When I try to unzip it says the file names are too big. Any idea if I'm doing something wrong?

I've never had that issue, have you tried using 7 zip to unzip it?
