This livery depicts the PMDG B737-700 in the Air New Zealand - NAC Hybrid scheme from the late 70s. This scheme came as a result of NAC's acquisition by Air New Zealand back in the late 70s. This specific scheme depicts ZK-NAC, which was hastily repainted to remove NAC's Godwit symbol from the tail and main fuselage section, while keeping NAC's distinctive two-tone scheme.
Obviously, the scheme isn't 100% historically accurate. I've opted to paint the winglets with the same scheme as the tail, and I think it looks great. The Tail section where it mates with the fuselage was a pain in the backside to do, so I hope you enjoy it. I'm quite proud of this scheme.
The particular aircraft that is depicted (Boeing 737-219, reg ZK-NAC) was the very first 737 in New Zealand, entering service with NAC in November 1968. NAC named this particular aircraft 'Pukeko'. She flew with NAC through the 1978 merger, and was sold to Presidential Airways back in 1986 as N321XV. She was then leased a handful of times before being sold to AGES in 1992, and broken up at the Mojave Air and Space Port in 1995.
Installation
It's too easy - just import the .ptp file into your PMDG Operations Centre and you're ready to go!

Great looking livery. I used the PMDG to export/install and whilst it's not showing there (even if it says it did migrate across) when I load the Sim she's now showing. Looking forward to flying WGTN to DUN this w/end 😊

Sorry, I made an error in the livery's description. To install this you'll need to import it through your PMDG Operations Centre.
I copied and pasted installation instructions from the Fenix A320 by mistake - my apologies!

Just breathtaking. It would be brilliant to see this on the Fenix A320!
